Simon Drury
|
Simon is the company founder so has been with Oak since it started back in 1997. As Sales and Marketing Director, Simon looks after our prestigious client portfolio and has responsibility for building Oak's business in line with its strategy, targets and values. Having achieved directorship level in a big six consultancy, Simon left to set-up Oak. His specific objective was to create a customer focused consultancy that provided high value change management services. He has 20 years experience in project and programme management and a strong business focus. His strengths lie in his pragmatic approach and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, suppliers, staff and partners. In Simon's words: "I've seen Oak's business go through a lot of changes over the years. Most recently, we've been able to reshape Oak into a value-based business. This is a great motivator and allows us to adopt working practices that reflect our own personal values. It makes the job very rewarding and I believe it increases the quality and value of the services we can offer."
