Roger Juckes

Roger joined Oak in 2001 as a senior consultant. He brought with him a wealth of experience in the development and implementation of business solutions which included a number of blue chip companies. As a senior consultant Roger has had success in all his assignments and has gained repeat and extended business for Oak on all assignments.

Roger worked his way from a technical programming start to development manager delivering software solution into the top five consultancies. He then moved into the roles of Project /Programme Manager. Roger has always shown great skills in leadership, building project teams and delivering on time and to requirements. He has over 20 years experience in providing business solutions and a wide spread of functional expertise. He brings to Oak the capability of understanding ‘IT jargon’ and the talent to translate this into everyday ‘business speak’. All his Oak assignments to date have been extended in time and scope at the clients request. He has proved to have excellent man management skills and an excellent skill in getting teams to deliver under pressure.
