Olly joined Oak to undertake a key role in the creation of a proposal for a very large public infrastructure project. As a widely experienced and pragmatic projects director, Olly was able to distil complex interdependencies and issues into an elegant yet complete solution for business change, and present this to executive levels with the customer.

As group manager, national manager and projects director at a big-six consultancy company including several years in France and Singapore, Olly has lead teams of over 100 people, and consulted in many branches of IT management and change. When the firm he joined grew from an initial 100 ‘friends’ to a company totalling over 23,000 people, he started working independently in 2002, and now enjoys using his experience and judgement within closer engagements.
