Mary McSherry

Mary joined the Oak team in 2006 and, as Managing Director, has been instrumental in shaping Oak's new value-based direction. An experienced strategist and business planner, Mary is responsible for further developing the team of experienced consultants to deliver high-value services that make a real bottom line impact for our clients. Having achieved a number of blue-chip directorships in corporate strategy and IT, Mary decided to join a like-minded consultancy where her broad experience could make a real difference. With extensive experience of change and operational roles, Mary understands that successful change can only be delivered with due consideration to all aspects of people, process and technology. She is a very driven individual able to inspire teams and gain the confidence of senior stakeholders. In Mary's words: "Joining Oak has been a real pleasure.
