Deb Peck
|
Deb became part of the Oak team in 2003. She brought with her a wealth of experience in the development and implementation of business solutions gained from working in the Financial Services Sector for over 20 years. Deb’s pragmatic approach and ability to build effective working relationships quickly enables her to deliver value into an organisation. Deb has worked her way across a variety of roles, from a start in IT as a business analyst through project, programme and operational management roles. Having a particular aptitude towards the People skills required for any assignment, Deb is also part of our key team able to deliver the Best Year Yet programme. In Deb's words: “For many years, as a Senior Manager in Financial Services, I used the experience and skill of Oak’s consultants in the delivery of effective, fit-for-purpose business solutions.
