Clair has been part of the Oak team since 2001 and has an outstanding track record of delivering large scale change programmes within the financial services Sector. With significant operational and technical retail banking and funds management experience, Clair is able to undertake senior interim, programme and project management roles. Clair’s business focus, and familiarity with championing causes at the most senior levels, enables her to achieve executive confidence and buy-in driving programme success from the top down.
