Adam Humphrey
|
Adam is an experienced programme director with 20 years consulting experience. He approaches projects from a business perspective, managing complex multi-threaded programmes which span information systems, communications, process analysis/redesign, organisation and business change. He is currently managing a business transformation programme for a national business service provider. Having worked at board/director level in a broad range of commercial and public sector organisations, Adam is able to see major projects from customer and supplier perspectives and ensure an effective partnership based approach. Experience with a leading consulting firm means he is able to operate effectively in consulting roles as well as in practical hands-on delivery.
